This is the unique Pathology and Disease Course with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in mind, listing diseases from both Western and TCM perspectives.

Students will learn:

• Philosophical differences between conventional and alternative medicine
• State and understand common terms, procedures and treatments of conventional medicine and its affect on treatment by alternative medicine
• Explain appropriate courses of action to take in particular clinical situations
• How to relate conventional disease labels to ideas of alternative medicine

This course includes testing material for the student to complete.
