Vawraek Technology says it’s starting to address “creaky” systems in its survival MMORPG The Quinfall, with upcoming patches aimed at improving PvP and large-scale coordination. The studio’s plan focuses on arena and clan-war improvements, better champion challenge balance, and upgrades to how party mobs handle group combat.

What Vawraek Technology plans to change in upcoming patches

In its announcement, the developer outlined a set of system areas it wants to revisit across future updates. The work includes both combat balancing and quality-of-life tools for coordinated fights:

  • Arena scoring and rewards: revising how arena outcomes are scored and what players receive for participation and performance.
  • Clan war and “olympic” battle scheduling: setting schedules for these events so players can plan around them more reliably.
  • Champion creature difficulty and rewards: adjusting how challenging champion encounters are and what players earn from them.
  • Group combat experience for party mobs: improving how party mobs behave and how group combat plays out.
  • Return of item adjustment coupons: bringing back weapon type change and armor weight adjustment coupons.
  • More individual rewards in clan wars and olympic battles: adding individual reward components to these event types.
  • Tag and ping system for large-scale fights: adding coordination tools so groups can communicate during bigger engagements.

Communication and update cadence

While the developer didn’t provide a specific release timeline for the changes, it said it intends to be more transparent about timing and rationale. Vawraek Technology plans to publish dedicated development updates every two weeks, detailing:

  1. What changes are being worked on and why
  2. Progress on current updates
  3. Overall goals for the direction of the game’s systems

The studio also indicated that the details may initially be shared through its community Discord, and it encouraged players to watch the announcements channel for when more information becomes available.
