Certified Herbalist (East West Tierra trained), Reiki Master, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Motivational Coach I have also trained in Stress Management and in the Treatment of Depression using Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavourial Therapy and NLP. Member of Unified Register of Herbal Practitioners, General Hypnotherapy Register British Board of NLP I have a practice in Neal’s Yard Remedies in Guildford, Surrey 2 days a week and also work from home.

Through the shop, I see people with all sorts of complaints including skin problems, menstrual and menopausal symptoms, infertility, stress and panic attacks, digestive issues, insomnia. I specialise in people living with cancer and have taught at the Bristol Cancer Help Centre and worked in the Fountain Centre, an holistic unit within the oncology department of the Royal Surrey Hospital in Guildford. I am currently the consultant herbalist for the charity, New Approaches to Cancer, and I am helping them to develop an education programme based on Preventative Health. I use Chinese, Western and Ayurvedic herbs and food and nutritional therapy in my herbal practice to help people help themselves to a state of balance in their health and their lives; I believe that to be truly healthy, one needs to be harmonised in mind, body and spirit. Friends have started calling me ‘the hypno-herbalist’!
