FaZe Clan Signs French CS Player Ryan “Neityu” Aubry, Debuts at Esports World Cup
FaZe Clan has finalized its CS roster with the addition of French player Ryan “Neityu” Aubry. The 21-year-old joins the team as its latest lineup piece and will get his first test as a full FaZe member at the Esports World Cup, where FaZe begin play against BetBoom in a BO1 match.

FaZe’s newest signing is Neityu, previously used as a substitute across a short-term period. He was on the ENCE bench starting 11 March of this year, and his move to ENCE from Finland’s organization began on 11 October 2024. Before that, he had stints including MOUZ NXT and Team LDLC.
The French player’s path to FaZe has not been entirely new. The organization described the fit as a result of the last four months of playing as a stand-in, with a loan spell that “worked out” and ultimately led to the purchase.
Neityu’s arrival also follows a roster change for FaZe: the team parted ways with Finn “karrigan” Andersen in April. Since then, Neityu has competed in five tournaments—BLAST Rivals Spring, IEM Atlanta, Stake Ranked Episode 2, XSE Pro League, and BLAST Bounty Sumer. His results included a 9th–12th-place finish in the event held in the United States, while the other four appearances saw him reach the semifinals on three occasions. In Stake Ranked Episode 2, he helped secure a third-place finish.
FaZe’s first match with Neityu on the active roster comes at Esports World Cup. Under head coach Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn, the team will face BetBoom in their first engagement of the Paris event. The match format is BO1, with the championship bringing together 32 teams and a combined prize pool of $2 million.
With Neityu on board, FaZe Clan’s lineup is listed as Jason “JBOEN” Boe Nielsen (loan), David “frozen” Čerňanský, Ryan “Neityu” Aubry, Russel “Twistzz” Van Dulken, and Jakub “jcobbb” Pietruszewski, with Niclas “enkay J” Krumhorn serving as coach. After the Esports World Cup, FaZe is also set to compete at FISSURE Playground 3 and Intel Extreme Masters Beijing.
