The house is located in Hatelia, to the southeast of Hyrule. To buy it, you need to speak with Karid, a construction worker from the Karid construction company who is working on a residence in the southern part of the village.

How to start and pay: the request from Karid

When you talk to Karid, he asks for 50,000 Rupees. After continuing the conversation, that cost drops to 3,000 Rupees plus 30 stacks of wood.

You can obtain the wood by chopping trees using a heavy weapon and collecting the timber that falls.

Practical impact: what you get and how you improve it

Buying the house is more than decoration. After purchase, you can hire Karid to add interior and exterior features. Each improvement costs 100 Rupees, so it’s recommended to have at least 1,000 Rupees available to cover multiple upgrades.

The available additions include:

A bed and other decorative items.
