“It’s a transformational life experience disguised as an herbal seminar.”

– Miles Coleman, E.W.C.H.

Announcing our first ever online seminar week!

We are excited for you to join in inaugurating our first ever online seminar! And because it is online, many students who previously could not attend the onsite seminar may now participate. Share the word and invite your friends to Foundation, or fellow students to Intermediate. It’s a crucial time for people to learn how to care for their own health and that of their families. Our seminar can help you find the answers you seek and improve your healing skills.

Imagine attending our seminar from the comfort of your own home – now you can! Further, the online format is easy to use and accessible from anywhere in the world with no special equipment or installation required.

The online seminar was held April 24 – May 1, 2020 with Foundation classes 9:30 am – 12:30pm, and Intermediate classes 2 – 5 pm. Anyone may attend the foundation track while those who have already attended the foundation track and completed Lesson 1-24 of the East West Herb Course may attend the intermediate track.

Both the foundation and intermediate students will attend live classes, view pre-recorded webinars and take a test for each class. A general “greet each other” meeting will take place online Friday April 24, one each for foundation and intermediate, during their regular class time. This will give you a chance to meet one another as well as Michael and Lesley, plus become familiar with the GoToMeeting process and online format. Instructions and handouts will be emailed to you before the classes begin. We know you’re curious how this will work so we have tried to anticipate all of your questions and provide the answers below.

Join us for this unique opportunity and attend our first ever online seminar.

We are thinking of you all during these “interesting” Covid-19 virus times and seeing you all well and thriving. We are very sad to not spend a week with each of you at our onsite seminar, yet as you know, it is not only in the best interest of all participants to not hold this year’s retreat onsite but also no longer possible with the State of California Governor’s mandate for all to self-shelter.

2. Q: What comprises the online seminar?
A: The student attends live classes online, views pre-recorded webinars, and takes a test for each class. Intermediate students must also attend 8 chats with Susan Kramer.

3. Q: What are the dates and times for the online seminar?
The online seminar was offered April 24-May, 2020. It is now available to everyone via recordings from the live classes.

4. Q: Will attendance at the online seminar count toward the seminar requirement?
A: Yes, when all online seminar requirements are completed. Students who attend and complete the online Foundation seminar are then eligible for Intermediate track in 2021 as long as they also complete Lessons 1-24 prior to the 2021 seminar. 5. Q: What are the online seminar requirements that must be completed to “pass” so I can attend the next level track of the seminar?

A: All online class meetings will be recorded. You will have until May 30, 2020 to view these recordings. We highly encourage all students to attend each of your online classes as if held onsite. If you can’t attend one, you’ll miss asking questions, interacting with each other and the teacher, and miss clarifying the presented material.

7. Q: How will I access the online seminar?
A: We will email instructions along with links to your classes. Log-on and follow the instructions on the dates of your classes. You may join the live meeting either by phone or online on your computer.
