The Watchtower Chest Key can be found by searching around the Einherjar Ship Gray point of interest and the Supreme Hall area. Within the Supreme Hall, crucified effigies nailed to poles around the boss area offer a particularly strong chance to yield keys, making that area the first stop if your goal is to secure the Watchtower Key.
