Herbal Medicine for Women and the Women\’s Herbal Educator certification programs are hands-on courses for individuals and health care providers interested in learning how to effectively and safely use botanical medicines for women’s health, and seeking to deepen their understanding of healing plants. These courses allow graduates to fill a need for educators and care-providers wishing to serve as resources for accurate and practical information on women’­s herbal medicine. The programs are approved for CEUs by the National Oregon Board of Naturopathic Examiners (295 credits), Midwifery Education and Accreditation Council(293 credits), and the National Certifying Commission on Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (295 credits).
