Yamal claims Champions League milestones
Yamal’s free-kick was more than Barcelona’s fourth goal. At 19 years and 58 days, he became the youngest player from a La Liga club to score directly from a free-kick in Champions League history.
- Yamal surpassed Arda Guler, who achieved the feat at 21 years and 49 days for Real Madrid.
- He also moved beyond former Atletico Madrid forward Sergio Aguero, who was 21 years and 154 days old.
