Bayern Munich Monitor Dani Olmo as Barcelona January Move Looms
Bayern Munich are preparing a possible January approach for Barcelona playmaker Dani Olmo, with the Bundesliga champions monitoring whether his role under Hansi Flick becomes a source of frustration.
The 26-year-old only returned to his boyhood club two years ago, but Bayern believe the battle for starts in Barcelona’s attacking unit could create an opening. Munich are also assessing their forward planning amid growing interest in key players, including Jamal Musiala.

Still, Barcelona’s finances remain central to every major decision. The club have previously moved first-team players when the financial return was strong, including Ferran Torres, while Alejandro Balde’s future has also been subject to speculation.
Olmo is presently viewed as untouchable, but an offer of around €80m would force Barcelona’s board to consider the possibility of a deal.
