Nancy Angelini, the author of the article, “What Exactly Are Ferment Metabolites?” which I’m featuring in this blog post, is the head East Coast educator for Planetary Herbals and Source Naturals supplements, the company who manufactures and distributes by herbal products. One afternoon she was visiting the West Coast. She, I and the other primary educator for Planetary Herbals, Tom Dadant, happened upon a discussion of the origin of many of the vitamins and supplements that we buy and simply take for granted.
