Creepy Tale 1 & 2 Delisted on PS4 Over No Gravity Dispute

Two PlayStation 4 entries in the Creepy Tale series are set to be delisted from the PlayStation Store, with developer Creepy Brothers citing an ongoing dispute with publisher No Gravity Games. Creepy Tale 1 and Creepy Tale 2 have already vanished from players’ libraries on other platforms, leaving only users who currently have the games installed able to keep playing.

Creepy Tale 1 and 2 delisting planned for PS Store

Creepy Brothers said in a post on X that Creepy Tale 1 and Creepy Tale 2 will “soon” be delisted from the PlayStation Store. The studio claims the action is tied to what it describes as No Gravity Games violating the terms of their agreement, including alleged non-payment of royalties for several years.

As of the time of writing, the games still appear to be available on the PlayStation Store, but the developer says the delisting is being prepared.

Already removed from Xbox libraries; playable only if installed

The situation appears to have already progressed elsewhere: Creepy Tale 1 and 2 have been removed from players’ libraries on other platforms, including Xbox. Reports indicate that players can continue playing only if they already have the games downloaded and installed on their consoles.

In other words, the removal is described as a forced library takedown rather than a temporary unavailability that keeps the games in place for existing owners.

Developer response suggests access will depend on what’s installed

Creepy Brothers has not publicly explained the mechanics of the library removal in detail. In its X post, the studio implied the takedown was intentional, stating that customers who have the app installed would continue to be able to use it.
