Christophe Dugarry has questioned whether Tottenham boss Roberto De Zerbi has the pedigree to lead a club of Spurs’ size, branding the Italian’s five-year deal an extraordinary piece of business as pressure rises in north London.

He also attacked the length of De Zerbi’s contract, saying the five-year agreement was remarkable and likening it to a robbery carried out without a mask.
