Persona x Kura Sushi Bikkura Pon Launches Nationwide With ATLUS Crossover
Kura Sushi USA is partnering with ATLUS to bring the Persona franchise into its restaurants with a limited-time crossover dining event called Persona x Kura Sushi Bikkura Pon. Running for about six-and-a-half weeks nationwide, the promotion blends themed menu items, plate-triggered surprise prizes, and an original in-restaurant animation featuring familiar Persona mascots.

Launched at Kura Revolving Sushi Bar locations nationwide, the Persona-themed experience is designed around the brand’s Bikkura Pon setup, where surprises are tied to how many plates guests go through. The collaboration celebrates 30 years of the Persona series and uses chibi-style character illustrations pulled from multiple entries across the franchise’s history.
Persona mascots meet the restaurant’s tablet screens
As part of the immersive experience, Persona mascots including Morgana, Koromaru, and Teddie appear in an in-restaurant short animation video series. The content is set to play on restaurant tablet screens after guests dispose of five sushi plates via the plate chute.
Limited-time menu: Persona-inspired plates
The event includes a specially curated menu with items adapted from Persona 3 Reload, Persona 4 Golden, and Persona 5 Royal. The featured dishes named for the promotion are:
- Weird Takoyaki Tempura Roll: Takoyaki wrapped with sushi rice and seaweed, tempura-fried, and finished with mayonnaise, green onion, and bonito flakes.
- Rainy Day Special Beef Bowl: Sushi rice topped with sukiyaki beef and a seasoned soft-boiled egg.
- Calling Card Tuna Roll: Negitoro and cucumber wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice, topped with sesame seeds and finished with tuna, mayonnaise, spicy crunchy garlic, and fried onion.
Capsule prizes and how the “Bikkura Pon” counts plates
Guests can take home Persona x Kura Sushi capsule prizes triggered by their order. The program offers collectible sticker 3-piece sets, acrylic charms, and can badges. A single randomized capsule prize is awarded after consuming sushi plates in this schedule: 15 plates, then 25 plates, and then every additional 15 plates thereafter.

Kura Sushi also highlighted that its Bikkura Pon platform is powered by plate count and is part of the brand’s recurring “surprise and excitement” dining concept. The company states it has served more than 600 million plates in the U.S. through the program.
