Rhythm Heaven Groove Gets New Switch Online Profile Icons Starting July 1
Rhythm Heaven Groove players are getting fresh Nintendo Switch Online icon options, with updates landing in multiple waves through July. The new additions let you personalize your profile with character, background, and frame designs—available on both Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo Switch.
New Rhythm Heaven Groove icons arrive on Switch Online
Starting July 1, Rhythm Heaven Groove fans can grab newly added icons for Nintendo Switch Online. These are now live on both Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch.
- You can claim icon designs for characters, backgrounds, and frames.
- Character designs cost 10 Platinum Points via My Nintendo.
- Backgrounds and frames cost 5 Platinum Points each, as usual.
Availability window and weekly rotation details
These Rhythm Heaven Groove icons will remain available on Nintendo Switch Online until July 29. Nintendo will rotate the designs each Wednesday—with the change arriving early Thursday in Europe—over the coming weeks. A new set going live will be accompanied by an update notification.
More icon waves confirmed in July
After the initial rollout, additional icon sets were announced as continuing drops:
- July 8: A second set of icons went live, with a preview shared alongside the announcement.
- July 16: Nintendo released yet another new icon set, also paired with a look at what’s included.
