Cavan Sullivan Makes MLS History but Criticises His Philadelphia Union Display
Cavan Sullivan added another historic milestone on Wednesday, but the Philadelphia Union teenager was not satisfied with his own display.
The United States prospect, already one of the most closely watched young players in American soccer, said his performance fell short of the standard he expects despite the landmark moment.
Sullivan remains part of Philadelphia Union’s midfield picture as he continues his rapid development at senior level. His next task will be turning another record-setting appearance into a performance he feels matches it.
