ESO Season One: Free Shéogorath Holiday Quest Line

The Elder Scrolls Online Season One adds a new free quest line starring Shéogorath. The six-quest story “Shéogorath takes a holiday” is available now across all platforms, with a bonus “Golden Pursuit” event running alongside it from July 29 to August 12.

“Shéogorath takes a holiday” is the second original adventure of Season One. You’ll travel through Tamriel with Noth the Crazed and their master, who wants to sample the continent’s best cheeses—only for enemies to take advantage of his vulnerability.

The quest chain can be started for free by accepting “Shéogorath takes a holiday” in the in-game Crown Store, or by visiting Noth the Crazed at one of the following locations: Baandari Trading Post in Malabal Tor, Vendeaume in Eastmarch, or a Sentinel in the Alik’r Desert.

Completing the six quests awards brand-new cosmetics and a new companion. Among the confirmed items are the emote “Blessed cheese of Shéogorath” and the companion “Crazed God Shell-tome”.

Golden Pursuit runs in parallel

Alongside the holiday quest line, a special Golden Pursuit campaign also titled “Shéogorath takes a holiday” will be live for a limited time. The event runs from July 29 through August 12, offering extra rewards by completing related activities with the Prince of Madness during his time in Tamriel.

Milestone rewards are tied to the number of activities completed in the campaign: finish 4 activities for 10,000 gold; 8 activities for the “Dramaturge’s Delirium” head style; 12 activities for the “Dramaturge’s Delirium” shoulder style; and 15 activities for a custom action, “Crazed God rune-harvesting”.
