Dead by Daylight Chorus of Sin Twitch Drops Offer Early Access Steam Codes
Dead by Daylight’s next chapter, Chorus of Sin, is set to launch publicly on August 25, but you can get hands-on access up to a month early via Twitch drops. The limited early-access windows will be spread across late July and early August, with Steam codes emailed to selected viewers.
Early access for Chorus of Sin begins in late July
The “community-driven” Chorus of Sin event kicks off at the end of August, yet the chapter’s early access starts sooner for players who watch qualifying streams.
- Starting July 30, Dead by Daylight content creators will stream the new chapter on Twitch.
- Watching at least one hour of the Chorus of Sin Early Access streams with the “Drops Enabled” label enters you into a drawing.
- Winners will receive Steam codes by email to play the chapter ahead of the August 25 public release.
- Early access can also put winners in before the private test build launches on August 5.
Twitch drop windows (ET)
Early-access eligibility is tied to specific Twitch streaming blocks. Here are the announced time ranges in Eastern Time:
- Thursday, July 30: 12–4 PM ET and 5–9 PM ET
- Friday, July 31: 8–11 AM ET, 12–4 PM ET and 5–9 PM ET
- Saturday, August 1: 8–11 AM ET and 12–4 PM ET
How to qualify for the code drawing
To be eligible for the Steam code drawing, you’ll need the following setup and viewing requirements:
- Create (or already have) a BHVR account
- Link your BHVR account to Twitch
- Watch at least one hour of Chorus of Sin Early Access streams marked with the “Drops Enabled” tag
Not every qualifying viewer will receive a code, but the opportunity is free aside from the time spent watching.
What Chorus of Sin adds to Dead by Daylight
Chorus of Sin is the first Dead by Daylight chapter built by the community. It introduces two original characters created with player input:
- The Judgment — a new original killer
- Aurora — a new original survivor
The chapter is scheduled for its public release on August 25 after the early-access period and the August 5 private test build.
